Future Now Energy has charged me more on the gas bill, but in the end has saved me more than what i would of been paying with other retailers and Duke. I look at it as like one lady said a Bank account with interest savings! I may pay a more at the start sometimes, but it boils down to the bottom dollar especially if your in business. Thank you For my Future, because i have received a great savings NOW:) patience`s pays off.

Another invoice arrived. My FutureNow gas rate is twice as high as what Duke would have charged me. Future Now DOES NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE... I tried to call them to cancel service (their number has been disconnected). Go figure!

i just received my refund with Future Now Energy. It took a couple years but i am very happy with the result of around 12% savings to my calculations. I had concerns at the start, but then again i have had paid higher prices in the past with Duke and once with another supplier. I thought what the heck, i will give FNE a chance. thanks Future Now Energy, you are the only company that I know of that has been trying to help during these tuff times we are having. Bryan Beck

I was told I would be saving at least 15% to 20% on gas purchased from Duke energy. Well my bill came today and I learned Future Now is charging me 33% higher than what Duke would have billed for the same period! How does this happen to consumers, where is PUCO? does any company ever do what they say anymore! Gosh this is sooo frustrating!

Natural Gas generally follows oil, so you can bet that when oil goes down gas prices will too! Why, because they can... really, it boils down to supply and demand,(whats happening in the world, wars could interrupt this) weather, (huricanes in the gulf)and storage ( how much we do have in the ground)

I think this energy company has a very strong outlook and is taking the right steps towards customer satisfaction. Finally an energy company who is looking out for the customers needs and not the needs of making there deep pockets!
